Continental Rapid Coat Midweight Joint Compound - 4.5 Gallon Pail

Rapid Coat Midweight is an all purpose professional grade joint compound, ideal for use in all phases of gypsum board finishing: taping, finishing, skim coating, texturing, filling corner beads and trim, and concealing nail or screw dimples.

Rapid Coat Midweight also makes an excellent bonding agent for laminating gypsum wallboards together.

Specifications

• Material: Vinyl-type formulation; asbestos free
• Coverage: Approximately 8.3 gallons (31.4 liters) per 1,000 square feet (100 square meters); coverage will depend on number of beads and amount of trim.
• Drying time: Thoroughly dry in approximately 24 hours. Drying times will vary with temperature and humidity (see GA-236).
• Storage: Up to nine-month shelf life if protected from extreme heat and cold.
